move forward without hesitation OR current events will freeze your ambition and
dampen your will to succeed in the real estate industry.

interest groups have become embolden by being allowed at the table with a voice
without reason.
Majority right – minority rules -Political
correctness gone a stray
The
real estate industry has always reacted to the negative voice of stakeholders since
those in need of affordable homes or reasonable lease rates are not represented
at the table.
Home
buyers, renters or small business owners are represented by the perceived self
interest voice of the builder/developer. The momentum is in the wrong direction
especially when a project is designed and approved by a committee of self
interest groups. It is always a good
practice to invite neighboring citizen to an informational meeting before a
public hearing but special interest groups that have an agenda – not so much.
Unfortunately, many local jurisdictions require an open process.
The
market no longer dictates the product. Do you remember when “exterior design or
materials” were not issues but are now included in subdivision regulations.
We
have to do what we have always done --- differently!
