  • Foreclosure rates peak
  • Affordability shifts higher – 1st time buyers can buy!
  • Active inventories stabilize and start to decrease
  • Absorption rates begin to decrease
  • Multiple offer scenarios begin again in lower price points
  • Local unemployment rates begin to improve
