In fact social media is perfect for all of us. Most of us were raised on the face-to-face meeting because there was no other way. We can combine our interpersonal skills with social media to change how we do what we do differently.

I don’t think it is a matter of retraining but reinventing. No matter what your profession is or your level of experience, we can all reinvent ourselves by embracing technological change. Bring others along with you on your journey.
