Regulations
– Outdated ordinances
need to be updated for sustainable trends
Density is the answer but the question is wrong
The pendulum of government control is past the point of
no return
Local governments can’t maintain their
infrastructure currently let alone when expansion occurs due to growth.
2014
will be the year for companies and businesses to relocate, consolidate, and
reap the financial benefits given to the winners of the tax base sweepstakes.
Not so much for housing. This will be the year residential housing has to carry
the burden. Higher taxes and controlling housing supply will be the norm.
2013
“Behold
my display of the 2013 Federal Register. It contains over 80,000 pages of new
rules, regulations and notices all written and passed by unelected bureaucrats”.
“The
small stack of papers on the top of the display are the laws passed by elected
members of Congress and signed into law by the President”. Senator Mike Lee.
