Water will be (is) more valuable to our families than gas and it will cost more! The cost trends are remarkable and silently taking more and more of the household monthly budget. The trend will only continue since water is also a supply issue. More importantly is the capability of local jurisdictions to maintain their water supply and distribution systems.
